How quickly can you start service?

We are known for our quick response time, and are usually able to start whenever you need us.

How does your billing work?

Clients are billed weekly, and can choose convenient auto payment via either credit card or checking account, or can pay by their invoices with a check.

Can I reach you in the evening and on the weekend?

Yes, we have a person on call 24/7 to respond to phone calls.  You will get a call back right away.

What happens if our needs change?

Your Client Care Counselor will work closely with you to revise the care plan or the caregivers’ schedule.  We expect that things will change, and are ready for them when they do.

Do you accept insurance or Medicare?

We are not a provider of Medicare services.  Most long-term care insurance policies will cover our services because we are licensed in Colorado as a Class A homecare agency.
