Dignity Care is a Licensed “A” Agency in Boulder that provides Skilled Services overseen by nurses and private pay nursing duties.
Our experienced registered nurses give a higher level of assessment and advocacy for individuals with chronic conditions. We collaborate with your physician to develop a plan of care that meets your needs. Included in the in home nursing services are continual monitoring and evaluation of symptoms and treatment options.
Individuals who have had frequent hospital visits can benefit from the extra support, experience and oversight of a registered nurse.
All Dignity Care clients may request a nursing assessment. Our registered nurse will visit and review current medical conditions. She will go over all your medications to consider possible adverse effects or duplications. She may make recommendations about home safety or suggest equipment options.
More than anything, we bring assurance to elders who are most comfortable being seen in their own home.

Nursing Services Can Include
- Medication management – filling medboxes, monitoring interactions and responses
- Wound care – including extensive dressing changes
- Enterostomal care – colostomies, ileostomies or urostomies
- Surgical aftercare – individualized assessments
- Catheters – foley or suprapubic catheters
- Feeding tubes – care and monitoring
- Nutrition – education and recommendations
- Disease specific care – manage complications of the disease
- Fall assessments – evaluate your home for safety concerns
Problems with taking medications is one of the most common reasons for moving into assisted living, yet it is a service our nurses can provide to help keep a client in their own home. You can set up a medication management plan with us even if it’s the only service you use.
An RN visits twice monthly to fill the pill boxes, monitor the medications, observe for side effects, and coordinate with the physician and pharmacy. We will take care of ordering refills and picking them up at the pharmacy.
