Dignity Care is transforming home care along the front range of Colorado by providing superior care to the elderly, families and neighborhoods. Dignity Care is locally owned and has been serving the Boulder County community since 1997.
Dignity Care is a Colorado state licensed class “A” provider, offering both non-medical and skilled care giving. We offer 1 – 24 hour care giver assistance.

Aging in Place
Our staff of professionals has provided seniors with the care they need to maintain their independence and dignity. Families are assured that their loved ones are receiving quality, dependable, personalized care. We care for clients in their homes, in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.
Post Hospitalization or Nursing Home Discharge
Our Director of Nursing will collaborate with RNs and discharge planners to establish an effective Care Plan. Care and shift hours are tailored to meet the client’s needs; care hours may decrease as the client improves. RN written care plans are relayed to primary physicians for review and feedback.
Geriatric Care Management
Our experienced professional geriatric care givers and care managers provide support and problem solving with issues of aging. No other home health care agency in Boulder, Broomfield, or Jefferson County offers this full continuum of care.
