Mary Kirk, MS, RD, CNA, Owner and Director of Dignity Care, LLC. Mary is a graduate of Cornell University's Master of Science program (Nutrition) as well as a Veteran of the Army (rank of Captain when she left). She has a unique knowledge of the geriatric community and the challenges families face during the aging process. Mary has helped her own parents and in-laws through aging and death. She is adept and skilled at helping families to traverse the complex issues and decisions that impact seniors and their families. Mary Kirk established Dignity Care, LLC in 1997.

Ruth Rowse, Director of Nursing. MRuth graduated from University of Washington in 1979 and moved to Colorado in 2009 to take the position as Director of Nursing for Dignity Care. Over her career, she has worked in hospitals, critical care, medical and surgical units, home health care and clinical settings. Ruth very much enjoys working with the Geriatric community... in what ever stage of life they are in.... She takes pleasure in helping the elderly maintain a healthy and happy life. She has amazing compassion, bringing joy, laughter and love to each and every client.

Leigh Collings, M.A. Leigh has a passion for helping and guiding families to support the elderly in their lives. For thirty years Leigh has been providing clients and families compassion with expert coordination of medical, physical, and emotional needs. Leigh has been working in Boulder, Colorado as a Care Manager for the past thirteen years.

Elizabeth Berbette, BA Counseling/Psychology. Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience working as a geriatric caregiver and care manager. Her ability to prioritize the often hidden details of life enables her to help create a fulfilling, active life with her senior clients. She realizes that the needs of elders and their families may be different. She is adept at helping them to understand each other.

Nino Merran, BA Education. Originally from the Republic of Georgia (formerly USSR), Nino joined Dignity Care, LLC in 1999. She came with experience as a humanitarian aid worker during the times of extreme economic poverty in post Soviet Georgia. Nino is an excellent communicator and has a passion for working with seniors. Nino has designed and implemented individual care plans for hundreds of seniors with a wide range of needs from companionship to end of life care.

Nina Hvoslef, BA Psychology. Nina’s greatest strength is working with those who struggle emotionally and physically with loss, addiction, and the momentum towards isolation. She understands the balance of patience and prodding when working with a senior who is in the midst of giving up engaging in life.

Kat Hatcher, Client Care Counselor.
Kat has worn many hats at Dignity Care and has been with the company off and on for over 10 yrs. Kat has a most diverse background. Not only does she hold a degree in Fire Science/EMT, but she also has traveled the world (literally by bicycle) to experience all of mankind.
Each Client and Their Families soully feel her love, compassion, wisdom and kindness. Her stamina and energyare contagious, Kat is currently in school working towards her R.N. She loves spending time with her famile and friends, playing outdoors and traveling.

Todd Stork, Senior Adviser. Todd Stork is an elderly advocate. He works with new clients and their families to help arrange home care, and in a similar manner as our Dignity Care coordinators, he looks at the whole picture for a full continuum of care for our clients. Todd is very active in our community and has the ability to refer other agencies and nonprofit entities to our clients so that our clients may thrive and be safe in their home. His passion is to help our seniors make the house safer and he gives practical tips and suggestions on areas that assist to our clients overall well-being. He also works with extended families that are looking for answers. Todd does some public speaking around Boulder County in an effort to educate the consumer about the many options for seniors who have the desire to age in place. He is a coach, a husband, a dad, an avid fly fisherman, and "go to" professional for answers.

Rachel Harrison, Office Manager. Rachel graduated from CU with majors in both psychology and art. She was a caregiver for her step father, who had Alzheimer’s disease, as well as working as a caregiver for Dignity Care. She now holds the Office Manager position within Dignity Care. She loves working for Dignity Care, where the focus is on love and helping people. Rachel is caring, organized and enjoys the contact with clients and their families. She is also a loving mother and artist.

Asha Nagda, Book keeper. Asha graduated from CU with a degree in finance. Asha is one of those rarities, local to Boulder, grown and raised here. She started her own book keeping business 2 years ago. Her hobbies include yoga and she enjoys her travels around the world.
